Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy spectacular views of the four mountain ranges, including the 
Red Rock, Four Peaks, Superstition, from the Master BR, Living Room, 
Dining Room, Kitchen and covered Patio/ Pool or view City Night 
Lights as you sip your favorite drink at night. This 2800 sq. foot 
Ranch Home (3 BR + Den) with high ceilings and windows in Fountain 
Hills is surrounded by captivating mountain and desert views.  
The home's interior was recently remodeled with new travertine stone 
flooring, new 2 1/2 bathrooms, and new kitchen with new stainless 
steel Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Granite Countertops and Cherry 
Cabinets.  The two furnaces and two A/C units have a home 
maintenance/warranty provide.  2 1/2 attached car garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is equipped with all the household amenities you would 
expect at your own home.  Dining room table seats 6 persons, the 
kichen breakfast nook will seat up to four, Master BR has king-size 
bed with seperate full bath and walk-in closet, queen-size bed in 
2nd BR and two full-size beds in 3rd BR.  Three TV’s with cable and 
DVD players, two stereos and portable CD/radio players.  All kitchen 
and cooking appliances, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.  
Seperate Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer. Iron/Iron board plus all 
linens, towels, bedding are included.
The 45’ x 12’ backyard covered patio overlooks a 45’ x 20’ built-in 
pool (propane heat at tenant’s expense) and is equipped with a 6 
person seating patio table, a cushioned seated patio set that seats 
7 persons, 3 lounge chairs, 3 folding chairs, and a propane Patio 
Heater for cool nights.  There is also a large and small Weber 
charcoal grills available for use. 

Activities and Attractions

Only minutes away are five top ranked golf clubs, including Desert Canyon Golf Club,
Sunridge Canyon Golf Glub, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club and Eagle Mountain 
Golf Resort and less than 1 mile from Fort McDowell Casino.  Within 
two miles, there are a variety of stores, coffee cafes, restaurants 
and bars in the heart of Fountain Hills which boasts a 64-acre park 
(great for walks and exercise) and a 29-acre lake that features the 
Worlds Tallest Fountain that shoots water hundreds of feet into the 
sky every hour-on-the-hour.  Scottsdale is minutes away along with 
all the major car auctions, major golf opens; Spring Training Camps, 
and hundreds of other year-round activities. Sky Harbor Airport is 
approximately 25 miles away.

January 1 to Febuary 2th ......$1500/week...$4500/month
March 1 to April 30th..........$1750/week...$5000/month
May 1 to May 31st..............$1200/week...$3500/month
June 1 to September 30th.......$1000/week...$2500/month

Guests are required to make a 50% deposit at the time of booking 
(non-refundable). The remaining balance plus a $500 security 
deposit is due one month prior to arrival.  The security deposit 
(less $125 cleaning fee) is refundable upon satisfactory check out 
inspection within 7 days.
