Vacation Rental Description

"Timberline Dreams", an upscale, three bedroom, three bath, chalet- 
style cabin, has the look and feel of a authentic log cabin, complete  
with little rustic touches and decor, but updated enough to include  
the conveniences and amenities you require to feel pampered on your  
vacation. 
 
With towering cathedral ceilings, lofty windows, and recessed  
lighting, Timberline Dreams also has a massive stacked stone  
fireplace with the welcoming glow of gas logs for your more intimate  
gatherings. Our charming "Themed" bedroom suites such as the "Gone  
Fishin'" room and the "Moose Room" will give you a choice of  
comfortable accommodatations. You will love the many charming little  
touches added throughout to catch the eye and add to the ambiance of  
this wonderful place.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are three separate queen suites, with private baths, one on  
each level to maximize privacy and comfort. Relax in the massive  
hammock or comfy chairs out on the full circle covered porch, or  
watch the fireflies after sunset, seated around the campfire roasting  
marshmallows. Indulge your sense of adventure by fishing on nearby  
Lake Chatuge and preparing your Catch of the Day on the gas grill.  
Dine outside on the picnic table and enjoy the lush landscaping. The  
game room on the lower level offers a perfect place for fun and  
relaxation with the brand new Poker/Bumper Pool table and TV with a  
nice selection of DVD's to keep you entertained. You will love the  
cozy "woodburning stove replica" with instant-on gas logs and a queen  
size sleeper sofa for extra guests.  The main floor living room  
offers a cozy fireplace and TV with digital music channels.  Bring  
your laptop, we also have high-speed internet available.

Less than 10 minutes from Young Harris College and Brasstown Valley  
Resort, the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds and pristine Lake Chatuge,  
you will never run out of things to do, with horseback riding,  
hiking, quaint shops and restaurants, trails, waterfalls, golf  
courses, and water-sports, still only 30 minutes from the Alpine  
Village of Helen.  Stay one time and we know you will be back!

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rate...From $155/night for up to 4 persons, for over 4  
persons there will be an additional charge of $10/night per person.  
Cleaning Fee $100. Weekly Rate...From $1,000 per week. (Holiday Rates  
from $190 per night). $375 Damage and Security Deposit to be refunded  
to Guest(s) after check-out, provided cabin is left in good  
condition. Georgia Lodging Tax will apply. No children under the age  
of 10. No pets. No Smoking.
