stocked eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, separate dining and kiving rooms, and a bonus  
office/sunroom.  There is also a spacious patio out back. 
 
The bright and sunny first-floor space has a large bay window, hardwood floors, ceiling fans,  
tasteful and comfortable furnishings,and other charming amenities.

The home features free in-unit laundry, central air conditioning, a dishwasher, a flat screen TV, an
