Vacation Rental Description

award winning, gated, 55 and over community with 24 hour security.   
The approximately 2500 sq. ft. of living space includes 3 bedrooms  
(queen, double, 2 twins), 3 full baths, formal living room, dining  
room, family room with sliding glass wall that opens to the lanai  
with heated pool and spa, den, breakfast nook, large kitchen,  
laundry room, and 3 car garage.  The house is newly furnished and  
decorated with original art.  Master bedroom suite is located on one  
end of the house away from the family room and guest bedrooms and  
includes a view of the pool from the queen bed, walk-in closet with  
closet organizers installed, another smaller closet and a spacious  
bath with step in shower, garden tub, and his and her sinks and  
vanities.  Phone, high speed internet, and cable TV included.   
Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living spaces, including the lanai.   
Central air conditioning and heat.  No smoking or pets are permitted  
in the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Imagine coming back from a round of golf on the championship or one  
of the two free executive length courses, sitting in the spa to  
relax your muscles, taking a dip in your private pool, and relaxing  
on the lanai.  Or perhaps tennis is your game, or billiards, or  
bocce, or swimming laps at one of the two large heated community  
pools, or working out in the fitness center or maybe you just want  
to join one of the dozens of clubs in this wonderfully active

the Timber Pines Association ($600 transfer fee is additional).

Activities and Attractions

Timber Pines is located about 45 minutes north of Tampa, just north  
of Port Richie with shopping and restaurants nearby.  Gulf beaches  
at two state parks are 10 minutes away on Florida's Nature Coast.   
The excitement of Orlando is 1 1/2 hours east and the culture of  
Sarasota is 1 1/2 hours south.

Snowbird season rates, 3 month minimum, $2,500/mo 
 
Off season (May-October) $1,500-$2,000/mo depending on length of stay
