This resort is ideally located on one of the most beautiful beaches 
in the world, secluded Ka‘anapali North Beach. 

This newly completed resort boasts 258 high-end villas located on 11 
beachfront acres with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and 
the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Westin Ka‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas North provides an array of 
amenities to guarantee a relaxing stay in paradise. 

Guests can unwind poolside and enjoy casual dining at the Pailolo 
Bar & Grill, offering burgers, sandwiches, and salads or they can 
assume the role of chef and BBQ at the poolside grilles. The 
resort‘s tranquil setting allows guests to soak in breathtaking 
vistas of natural beauty while recharging poolside, featuring three 
inspiring swimming pools, including two hot tubs and a separate 
children‘s pool furnished with a clubhouse and play area for its 
Keiki Club program.

The villas feature Westin‘s signature Heavenly Bed®, Heavenly Bath®, 
whirlpool tub and plush bathrobes, flat screen LCD TVs, DVDs, Bose 
AM/FM wave radios, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 
generous lanais, and high speed internet connection in each room.

The resort boasts spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom 
villas ranging in size from 479 to 1,233 square feet. The two-
bedroom villas are equipped with lock-off features, adding 
additional privacy to the already secluded design.

Housekeeping provides one full cleaning mid week into your stay; 
additional room cleaning is available for a fee. All units are non-
smoking, and pets are not permitted. Parking is Free!

Kids Camp is fantastic! Warning - kids will want to be in there 
everyday! 

It is approximately a 15-minute free shuttle to Lahaina's galleries 
and restaurants, and 10-minutes to the Whalers Village and all the 
restaurants, shops and hotels. Nearby sister resort Sheraton at the 
famous Black Rock is also a snorkeling favorite, and offers 
alternative amenities, charging privileges and is a just a free 5-
minute shuttle away.

In addition, guests can indulge their appetites at Pulehu, the 
resort‘s fine dining restaurant, offering a variety of delicious 
steak and seafood cuisine, soak their feet in two lagoon-style 
pools - the mauka (mountain) and adult swimming pools. And with 
health and wellness being top-of-mind for so many travelers, a full-
service luxurious spa and signature WestinWORKOUT® fitness room, 
powered by Reebok, will be completed in February 2008.
 
There are plenty of turtles just off the beach to enhance your 
snorkeling fun! 

Whales are often seen breaching during their migration over the 
winter. 

Activities and Attractions

In addition to the on-site features and those immediately next door 
at the original Westin Ka‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas, guests of The 
Westin Ka‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas North have full use of the 
services and amenities available at other Starwood resorts on Maui, 
including Westin Maui Resort & Spa and the Sheraton Maui Resort, and 
have charges billed back to their villas.

The resort also offers a complimentary shuttle service between the 
resorts and historic Lahaina town from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Of course lighted tennis courts are on-site and fantastic golf 
courses surround the area.
