Vacation Rental Amenities
Grand Harbor is Vero Beach's most beautiful resort community.
Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club is a private, equity club. It has two championship 18 hole golf
courses. The tennis complex has 10 lighted Har-Tru courts. The clubhouse has 3 dining rooms and a
new state-of-the-art fitness center. Activities include yoga, pilates,book clubs, bridge, golf and
tennis tournaments and specialty dinners.
The private beach club has beach chairs, umbrellas, an oversized fresh-water pool, an outdoor bar
and grill and an informal dining room.
It has a 126 slip marina which can accomodate boats up to 75' in length.

Vacation Rental Rates
Available for monthly (minimum tenancy), semi-annual, annual or seasonal rental.

Annual- $2,000 per month
6 month period during season - $3,000 per month
1-3 month period during season - $4,000 per month
Seasonal period- November through April inclusive
May-October-$2,500 per month
All Florida rentals less than 6 months are subject to a state sales tax. Security deposit and
cleaning fee will be incorporated into lease agreement. A pet convenience fee of $350.00 will be
charged. Utilities are not included.
