Vacation Rental Description

 * Three Houses on the Beach, close to each other. A Sandy Beach is just few steps from these houses.

Only 80 miles from US border. These 3 cozy houses are located 6 miles South of downtown Ensenada, 
set in the El Faro gated park with its 24 hours security and a private beach.

The houses are just few hundred yards north of the well-known Estero Beach Resort and is 12 miles 
from the famous La Bufadora.

Authentic cuisines, native shops, grocery stores are just at a short distance. You will be able to 
maximize your vacation time by not having to travel 10 miles or more to town. It is away from 
congestion but only few minutes to Points of Interest and Night Life, a Rare Find of a beachfront 
rental. 

The 3 single family houses combined provide a total of 8 Bedrooms - 4.5 baths - Sleeps 17-22.
- Two 3 bedroom houses next to each other.
- One 2 bedroom villa is just 80 feet away.

1- Villa-Valencia has 2 BRs, master BR has a quuen size bed, other BR with a full size bed.
  There is an elegant living room with French doors and a large brick fire-place. A red-tile patio 
facing the ocean, furnished with umbrella table & BBQ. All rooms of this villa have an ocean view.
  This villa is 4 doors away from other 2 houses.
   
2- The Charming-House has 3 BRs, 1& a half baths, master BR with a queen-size bed & a half bath.
  2nd & 3rd BR has a full-size bed. There's a private sun-deck with full view of the ocean.
  There is a specious living room with view & a wood-stove.
 
3- The Cozy-House (next to the Charming house), has 4 BRs, 2 baths, master BR with a queen-size bed 
& a bath. The kitchen and living room have magnificient ocean view. There is a sun-deck facing the 
beach & ocean.
  2nd & 3rd and 4th BR has a full-size bed.
  The whole house is newly remodeled.

* Each home has a sofa bed.

The large living room combined with the balcony of each home can accomodate the gathering of up to 
25 people.

All homes are newly remodeled & are on the beach with Beautiful red tiled Balconies facing Pacific 
ocean.

*** The beach is just steps from the ocean-view balconies of these houses.
 Magnificient view with the constant murmurs of the waves coupled with the mountains in the horizon. 
At night these white murmuring waves are decorated with the city lights of downtown Ensenada on the 
right and of Punta Banda on the left. You do not even have to step out of the house or the deck to 
enjoy these views.

remarkably preserved missions, Wine Country, ancient cave paintingsand petrolyphs, picturesque ghost 
town and other hidden treasures that await your discovery.

Off Season: Sep 2 to June 19
- Weekdays Mon to Thurs $450/night
- Weekend               $1200/2 nights 
- Whole week            $2000/7 nights

High Season: June 20 to Sept 1
- Weekdays Mon to Thurs $550/nigh
- Weekend               $1300/2 nights


$90 cleaning fee
$500 Refundable Security Deposit to hold your reservation
Payment methods: credit card, pay-pal, direct deposit to Wells Fargo bank or mailing a check.
