Vacation Rental Description

Sea Colony is an oceanfront gated community located in the barrier  
Island area of Palm Coast, Florida. It is 3 miles south of  
Marineland, about 15 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes  
north of Daytona Beach, and only 1.5 hours from Disney World 
 
2 Bedrooms - 1 with Queen bed and 1 with 2 twin sized beds (all  
linens included) 
2 full Baths - walk in shower in master and 2nd with bathtub.  
Kitchen with eating bar, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave,  
toaster, coffeemaker and all dishes. Living Room/dining room  
combination with full size sleeper sofa.  
Central Air Conditioning throughout. Screened porch. Ceiling fans in  
every room. Washer & Dryer just off kitchen in garage. 
 
No smoking or pets

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sea Colony is a gated and very well maintained oceanfront community  
with a clubhouse, pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean and private  
beach access with comfortable seating to watch the ocean and  
sunrises. Other amenities include shuffleboard courts, horseshoes,  
fishing ponds, and walking paths. It is located next to Washington  
Oaks Gardens State Park which affords plenty of picnicking  
opportunities and nature walks along the Intra-coastal waterway. A  
bike path accessible at the entrance to Sea Colony runs along the  
scenic A1A highway for most of the length of Flagler County.  
Security includes Gated Entrance guarded 24 hours a day.

Activities and Attractions

Private access to miles of uncrowded beaches in Flagler County,  
Golfer's paradise...with champion caliber golfing resorts designed  
by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. Enjoy freshwater  
fishing or saltwater fishing...lakes, canal, Intra-coastal waterway  
and the Atlantic Ocean. Walk or bike to Washington Oaks Gardens  
State Park... a 410 acre nature preserve and bird Sanctuary, Bing’s  
Landing picnic pavilions and boat launch. Devil’s Elbow boat  
rentals. Historic sites include Matanzas National Monument (a free  
boat ride to the Spanish Fort). Marineland is right on the ocean and  
was the world's first ocean aquarium opening in 1938. They offer  
snorkeling as well as swimming with dolphins for an extra fee.

Rates include utilities and all other amenities. 
 
2007/2008 Monthly Rate: Jan - March.  $1650 
                        April-Dec     $1500       
 
Add 10% tourist tax for stays less than 6 months.
