Secluded contemporary home with cathedral ceilings and spectacular
views located on five wooded acres with 240 feet of private
lakefront on beautiful Lake Lock Ada five minutes drive from
Barryville, NY and the Delaware River. The Lake House has three
bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The master suite has a full
bath and a loft with a large whirlpool tub; two bedrooms in a
separate wing share a full bath. The Great Room has a floor to
ceiling glass wall over looking Lake Loch Ada, a European Fire Box
for a relaxing wood fire after a fun day of swimming, cross skiing
or other activities. The fully equipped kitchen, outdoor Weber
grill, and large dinning area with floor to ceiling glass view of
the forest are ideal for in-home dinning.

The Lake House offers a host of fun year around activates including
swimming, sun bathing, sailing, boating and fishing on Lake Lock
Ada.
Wildlife including eagles, deer, wild turkey, and beaver are
frequently sighted on the property.
The Lake House is two miles from 1,000 acres of State Forest ideal
for jogging, hunting, fishing, dirt-biking, snowmobiling and cross
country skiing.
The Lake House is five minutes from the Delaware River famous for
White Water Canoe, Kayaking and Rafting and only one hour from
Roscoe, NY infamous for trout fly fishing.

Daily rate - $375/day for 2 people minimum stay of 3 days.
Weekly rate - $1,950 for 2 people.

$300 deposit required; returned within 7 working days after
departure.
$150 cleaning charge extra per usage.
