La Mision Private Beachfront Home in La Mision

Three bedroom three bath main house on far north section of Playa La Mision. Beachfront with no
neighbors behind. Very private and secure. Gated comunity with 24 hour radio dispached police
patrol. Private access to uncrowded pristine beach. One bedroom one bath apartment with full kitchen
over garage is also available for extra guests. Covered secure carport. 180 degree unobstructed view
of the beach and ocean. Watch whales, dolphin and fish swim by while comforatbly seated in the house
or on one of the teraced patios. Sit in the Jacuzzi after a sunrise surf session or long day at the
beach. Less than 50 steps down your private stairs, and your toes will be in sand. Drift off to
sleep listening to the ocean from any room in the house. Enjoy and old fashioned beach bonfire while
watching the sun set. You will forget what day it is within an hour of arriving!

The house is fully furnished and has everything you will need other than food, drinks and surfboards.
Linens are provided, but you should bring your own beach towels. Two main bedrooms have king size
beds, third bedroom has pull out couch and bunk beds but is large,and used as a family/game room
also. All the rooms have an adjacent bathroom. This house can easily accomodate three couples or two
couples in the main bedrooms and 5-6 children in the family room. If thats too crowded, book the
fully furnished upstairs apartment for solitude. Propane barbeque on the patio, jacuzzi is
operational during summer season. Private steps with locked gate to the beach. This is a classic
Mexican beach house that is in the absolute best location in Northern Baja. Bring a good book and
plenty of cervesa!

This is a great place to swim, surf, kayak,snorkel the shallow reefs or just stroll along the beach.
Spend hours digging for clams and fishing in the surf. Horses are available for rent just a short
walk down the beach to the south. The house is located just one mile south of La Fonda resteraunt
and hotel. La Fonda is known for it's outstanding Sunday brunch, and classic dinner menu. Drop in
and see the sunset,enjoy a cocktail or watch your favorite sporting event on tv.

$150.00 per night for the house $75.00 per night for the seperate one bedroom one bath apartment.
Three night minimum. Apartment not available without the main house also but can be used free with extended stay. Extra fee for use of the
jacuzzi or pets. No pets inside the house please. The yard fully fenced and pets can stay on the
coverd porch. Approved returning guests may receive a 15% discount.
