Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy the island life in a newly remodeled duplex.  This house is located right on the canal  
and 1 mile to the beach.  Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the amenities of home?  This  
duplex has a brand new master bathroom.  It includes a walk in, glass brick shower, granite counter  
tops, and a huge closet with full length mirrors.  The kitchen has new counter tops and new  
appliances.  This duplex has new paint and new tile throughout the entire house and let's not forget  
the new air conditioner.  Come and sit on the back patio and watch the sun go down or drop a line  
right off the back deck and catch fish.  The deck includes a fish cleaning station for your  
convenience.  You can even cook your fresh fish on the outdoor grill.  Don't forget your boat!  How  
nice would it be to walk out the back door, down to the water and right into your boat?  There is  
even a boat launch located right down the street.  This duplex includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.   
The couch in the TV room folds out a queen size bed.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season (2 night minimum) March-September:  $150 a night; $900 a week; $2200 a month 
Off Season (2 night minimum) October-February:  $125 a night; $700 a week; $1800 a month 
$50 cleaning fee 
 
$150 deposit  
Balance due 21 days before check in 
No refunds if cancelled within 14 days of check in

Check out:  12:00 p.m.
