Call this charming Martha Lake area home your "Home Away From
Home". It is conveniently located to I-5, Bothell, Everett, Edmonds
and only about 20 minutes from Seattle.
You will enjoy it's fully fenced yard complete with hammock and tire
swing. There are french doors from both the formal dining room and
the rec room to a huge multi-level deck with tons of space for
bbqing and relaxing.
Come inside and you will find a beautiful yet comfortable home.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. Extra towels
amd linens are provided.
The main floor has a "Rooster" theme kitchen with newer appliances.
It is equipped for fabulous feasts! There is aliving room with a
wood burning fireplace and a formal dining room.
Downstairs you will find a rec room with two hideabeds, tv's,
stereo, desk area set up for high speed internet, card table, games
and more! There is a garage for your car, but you will also find
bikes, a kayak (for use on Martha Lake), exersise equiptment and an
assortment of addtional fun such as foosball, air hockey and more.
You will want to walk around the lake or bicycle around it and pick
up an espesso at one of the many espresso stands. There are no end
of things to do in this area.
Come visit for the holidays and the home is decorated and ready!
