Vacation Rental Description

Luxury waterfront home located in a quiet gated community. Features 
a resort style pool and overlooks the lake and the 8th hole on the 
Gold Course at the Ocotillo Golf Course. 
The house was completely remodeled in 2006. It is fully furnished 
with a 52" T.V. in the living room, a 40" plasma T.V. in the master 
bedroom, and comes with cable and wireless Internet. The kitchen 
features granite counters, slate flooring, stainless appliances, and 
all utensils. The three bedrooms include extra luxurious beds with a 
King Size bed in the master and two Queens. Sleeps 6. 

The resort-style outdoor pool area has outdoor speakers wired to the 
stereo system, new patio furniture including a huge umbrella, and a 
calming fountain. 

Full privileges at the 27 hole Ocotillo Golf course, pro shop and 
resort restaurant. 50% discounts on golf fees for your entire 
foursome every time you play. The resort clubhouse is minutes away. 
There you'll receive 10% off at the Pro Shop and 10% off meals at 
the beautiful resort restaurant. 

The Ocotillo Lakes is a 1,900 acre master-planned community which 
includes the Ocotillo Golf Resort, a Ted Robinson designed golf 
resort managed by the Troon Golf company. With 27 waterscape and 
picturesque golf holes, it runs throughout the entire Ocotillo 
community. This is one of the most beautiful and lush resorts you 
will see in the Phoenix area. Shopping and restaurants are just 
blocks away. 

Ocotillo is close to the San Tan mountains and all the parks, 
shopping, museums, theatres, restaurants and sporting events of 
Chandler and the greater Phoenix area. It is also within minutes of 
the Springfield Lakes, Bear Creek, Trilogy and Ocotillo golf 
courses. A short drive takes you to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. 
The beautiful town of Sedona, the Grand Canyon and the Gulf of

Weekend Rates Available Upon Request

$500 damage deposit required. $200 is non-refundable cleaning fee. 
$300 will be refunded if home is left undamaged. 50% of rent 
required to secure reservation, full rent due 30 days prior to 
arrival date.
