We offer 1BR Suites for 2 adults (no children), 1BR Duplex Unit for 2-3 adults or
families up to 4, 2BR Duplex Unit for 2 adults or families up to 5
and 3BR Houses for 6 adults or families up to 8. Rent both sides of the duplex & both houses for 20-26 people.  Contact us for details, great for reunions. Note: when you rent both side of our duplex we include a fourth bedroom. This 4th bedroom is only available by renting both sides of the  duplex.
Most units have Jetted Tubs, Fireplaces and Decks.

1BR Suites: $99-$175 per night plus tax. $175 July/August 
1BR Duplex Unit: $125-$195 per night plus tax. $195 July/August
2BR Duplex Unit: $155-$225 per night plus tax. $225 July/August

3BR Houses: $195-$295 per night plus tax. $295 July/August

Rates for entire property: $675-$850 Low Season, $850-$950 High Season These rates are per night, add 9% tax. 2 night min. off-season. 4-5 night min. High-season. 7th night FREE.

Duplex & Houses require 5 night min July & August. Sometimes 4 nights if Sunday-Thursday.
