floor, its a (1) bedroom, (1 1/2) baths, enclosed balcony makes the 
apartment more spacious living/dinnig room plus open den, with a 
beautiful view of the open bay and intercoastal. The apartment has 
been updated through out stone & marble floors, remodeled
kitchen, bathrooms and nicely furnished. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The carriage club north offers kosher restaurant, shul on site,
pool, jacuzzi, and direct access to the ocean, and a mini market
which is convinient for grocery and a beauty salon.

Activities and Attractions

The building offers a play area for children and a smaller pool for 
children as well, we also have barbecue area...dock available for a 
rental fee , valet parking, front desk attendant.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rate is between $2700-$3500 depending if its high or low season,
we include on the rental a/c, cable, and one parking space.
