Townhouse Directly on the Beach-Sleeps 6 in Daytona Beach

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing two story townhouse right on the
beach. It is about 1.5 miles North on A1A( Atlantic Ave) from The
Pier. When you enter the townhouse you have the stairs to the left.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Fully
furnished, one queen and one King with plently of room for Pack and
Play in both rooms if you have baby/small children. Very Large
closets and dressers to put your clothes. Flat screen TV on the wall
in the master bedroom and lots of DVD's for the DVD player. Beds and bed
linens are of high quality. Full bathroom has new tile and is very nice.
Linen closet has lots of towels and sheets.

The main entrance brings you into great room in the front with sofa
and love seat and other nice furniture. It includes a pull out queen
sleeper sofa with high quality mattress. Small dinning area that is
fully tiled then into the kitchen. New appliances and all the
comforts of a full kitchen at home. Half bath(new tile) is in back
with storage closet with beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
Downstair includes flat screen TV with DVD Player. Cable is included.

This townhouse community has a pool! It also has an outside
shower.
This community is small, only 20 units that are mostly owned by out
of state people who only come down once in a while. There are only
3 full time people there and they are very friendly. You really
feel like you are at your own private beach house. Unlike hotels
that do not feel cozy. We cook a lot when we come to the beach, we
only live in Orlando, so there are many spices, sauces and stuff to
cook with that you do not have to buy. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked
with all the plates, cups, siverware, pots and pans, All the extras!!!

We are so close to everything! Less than one mile from some awesome restaurants.
We are only 1.5 miles to the pier and Main Street so if you do not mind the walk, you can
really walk to everything. All food stores and movie rental are just a few blocks away as well.

Weekly rates are $800 to $1100 Jan-July

Aug.- Dec. $800
Unless during a special event( Bike Weeks, Speed Weeks, Holidays, etc. ($1200-$1800)

Required:$75 Cleaning Fee and $300 Deposit which is fully refundable if place
is as you left it.

Cancellation Policy: Over 30 days refundable minus $100. Less than 30 days notice the 50% deposit is
forfeited but may be used towards future stays. Less than 14 days notice 100% non-refundable!
