Vacation Rental Description

Tastefully decorated condo in The BEACH CLUB at Hallandale Beach. 
Two bedrooms (2nd bedroom can me small den/office or family room). 
Both bedrooms connect to large open bathroom with an extra large 
jacuzzi tub. Master bedroom has large walk in closet. 

Unit includes all furnishings, living room, kitchen, master bedroom, 
2nd bedroom has queen size inflatable bed so you can use as 2nd 
bedroom, office or den - depending on your need. 

There is a 50 inch flat screen tv in the living room with a DVD/VCR 
player, cable and internet access included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking and dining 
utensils. State of the art kitchen - stainless steel/granite  
counter tops with beautiful cherry wood cabinets - truly a gourmet 
kitchen !

Unit sleeps 2 to 4 people but can squeeze in 6 if you want we will 
provide a queen size sofa in 2nd bedroom/den and you can use the 
queen size airbed when needed.

Unit available for rent on May 1, 2008- still cheapest in market - 
shop around and compare!!! 

Please call for rates - range from $2000 to $3000 per 
month - depending on length of lease/contract.

One month deposit required for all rental periods and $100 cleaning 
fee also required.
