ajoins the Belmont Golf couse. It ompletely furnished with all necessities. It has a Queen bed in 
the master, double in the 2nd, and a queen sofa in the 3rd bedrrom. It has a inside laundry room 
with free washer and dryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Ther is a 15' X 18' 
screened in porch with furniture and an Italian tile floor. This home is 3 years old and looks brand 
new. Large well landscapted yard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All utilities are paid by the owner. The owner also pays the aminities fees that covers free golf, 
tennis, pools, softball, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Free golf, swimming, tennis, bocci, shuffleboard, basketball, fishing, pickleball, etc. Everything 
is golf cart accessible [restaurants, malls, post office, Walmart, Golden Corral, Perkins, Steak and 
Shake, churches, etc.
