Remodeled in 2005 with brand new full kitchen, new bathroom fixtures 
with tiled walk in shower, Hawaiian and Balinese style furnishings, 
tile flooring throughout, artwork of Hawaiian artists, private 
lanai.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

All linens provided.  Ultra-comfortable Pillow-top Queen Bed.   
Plenty of storage, full closet and dressers.

Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fans.   Excellent natural light and 
airflow.   

Garden and Ocean View from your Quiet and Privately situated Lanai.

Full kitchen with all dishes and cooking utensils and appliances. 
Diswasher, Microwave, Smoothtop Stove/oven, Refrigerator with 
Icemaker, Espresso and Coffee Makers, Coffee Bean Grinder, Blender, 
more.   Some spices, sugar, flour and cooking oils, etc. provided. 

Flatscreen Cable TV, DVD, VCR Free Wireless Internet, 
CD/MP3 Player.   Beach items - Cooler, mats, chairs, towels.

Grounds and Oceanfront Deck re-landscaped/hardscaped in 2006. 
Oceanfront Deck has Beautiful Pool, 2 gas BBQs, Dining furniture and 
Lounge Chairs.

Washers and Dryers a few steps outside your front door.

Hairdryer in Unit.  Iron and Ironing Board available in Laundry Room.

Beachcombing, swimming, shopping, dining, sailing, Charter Boating 
from nearby Maalaea Harbor, snorkeling and scuba diving, fishing, 
golf, tennis, hiking, whale and sea turtle watching from our 
oceanfront deck, Haleakala, downhill biking, yoga, spas, horseback 
riding, parasailing, kayaking, and more!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Standard Season Rates (April 16-Dec. 15)
$160/night.  DISCOUNTS: 10% discount for 7-27 days, 20% 28 days or 
longer

High Season Rates (Dec. 16 - April 15)
$180/night.  DISCOUNT:  10% for 28 days or longer

Please add:  Taxes @ 11.42% plus $80 cleaning fee.

Minimum Stays:  4 days unless by exception.
