from NYC. With about 437 sites listed on the National Historic

Rooselvelt Home, Louise Vanderbilt just to name a few.

Dutchess Wine Trails, see vintage bi-planes and show at the Old  
Rhinebeck Aerodrome, kayak on the Hudson River, Golfing, unwind at the 
Omega Institute, dine or study at The Culinary Institute of America, 
visit the  
Arts, Crafts & Antique shows and shops, go horseback riding at  
Southlands, pick your own fruits & vegetables during the summer &  
cut your own Christmas tree during the winter. Visit the Dia Beacon  
museum & the Richard B. Fisher Cultural Center/Tanglewood is 45

the home, pool and grounds other than their family /guests while 
tenant(s) are 
residing in the home. No short term subletting allowed. The house is a 
smoke free environment and has a no pet policy without permission by 
owner.  
A signed lease/contract is required to protect both guest and owner. 
References are required.Security/Damage deposit required.
