        November 25, 2008 – December 02, 2008 - $ 1,200.00 Per Night (5 night Minium Stay) 
 
Holiday Shopping on Park Ave 
        December 05, 2008 – December 12, 2008 –  $ 1,200.00 Per Night (5 night Minium Stay) 
 
New Years Week: 
        December 28, 2008 - January 2, 2009 – $ 1,600.00 Per Night   (5 night Minium Stay) 
 
Other dates throughout the year are also available for $1,000.00 per night with a minimum stay of 5  
nights depending upon availability.  Rates are for Double Occupancy, additional charges may apply  
for additional guests. 
 
A 1/3 Deposit is due to hold your reservation and all charges must be paid in full 30 days prior to  
your arrival.  
 
A Security Deposit of $ 1,500.00 is required and will be refunded with in 10 days from your check  
out date provided the unit is left in satisfactory condition.
