Vacation Rental Description

Enchanting 6 room, fully furnished home situated on Sunset Point (1 mile from Clarion Hotel). This 
house is as cozy and charming as a home can get. Beautifully decorated with fabulous views 
throughout the house. This is not your usual summer rental.  There is a working 
fireplace, designer kitchen, 1.5 baths. This is a perfect spot for enjoying the summer months, 
watching the boats go buy, or going to Nantasket Beach which is 1 mile from the house. You can also 
enjoy rafting and swimming in the water directly off your own personal dock.  A mooring is also 
available directly out from the dock.  The commuter boat to Boston or Logan Airport is 15 minutes 
from the house.  Enjoy wonderful restaurants scattered throughout Hull, Hingham and Cohasset.  There 
are 2 bedrooms (master has a queen size bed) and the 2nd b.r. has a double size bed, plus a den 
which I will add a Sofa Bed if a 3rd bedroom is needed. The house has beautiful gardens and a large 
rear deck literally steps from the water and sea wall. Please inquire about pets.  There are many

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,500 per week June 15-30th
$5000 Per Month for July and August or $1,500 weekly (2 week minimum)
