Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom with shower. The bed is
queen size with a down comforter. The bedroom offers French doors
that open directly to the pool and rear patio area. It also allows
access to the private pond and island, and rear entertainment areas.

Guest Bedroom #1
Offers a queen size bed with a down comforter. The large window has
views of the sweeping Carneros mountains, private pond, Italian
cypress, lavender and rose garden. French doors open to the rear
patio, hot tub, and northern lawn. Rear patio also allows access to
the pool and entertainment area beyond the pool.

Guest Bedroom #2
Offers a queen size bed with down comforter, two closets and a
sitting area, perfect for reading a book in the privacy of the other
guests.

Kitchen/Dining Areas
This spacious kitchen with terracotta tiled floor is perfect for
preparing large meals and entertaining in the dining room. Comes
with dish washer, gas stove/oven, large refrigerator and microwave
oven. The large custom country style wood dining room table seats up
to 8 people. The dining room views include the southern lawn
(approx. a half acre acre), pool area, bar-b-q area, and private
pond. French doors open to a sweeping marble table for outdoor
dining under a wooden trellis. Off to the side of the kitchen area
just before the French doors, Villa Verotto offers an office alcove
with a computer, internet access and laser fax machine for any
necessary business.

Living Room
The living room has a large and very comfortable sectional couch
which sits in front of a large screen television and entertainment
system. The entertainment system includes a VCR, DVD, Sony Play
Station, and stereo - capable of playing music throughout the
interior and exterior designated zones. The television is wired to
satellite television with both local and cable television. A library
of classis and recent movies are stored for your viewing pleasure.

Laundry Room
The laundry room is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and a
storage area perfect for storing accessories for outdoor activities
(i.e. fishing poles, bocce balls, soccer/footballs, and croquet.)

Villa VerOtto is an outdoor paradise.

The eastern 3.5 acres of the property is planted with rows of 6
year old Pinot Noir grapes, perfect for a short walk through the
lanes. The west side of the property features a half an acre of open
lawn perfect for games or outdoor events.

Whether it is a pickup game of soccer (4x4 goals provided),
football, or any large outdoor event, this property is perfect for
you.

The BBQ/entertainment area (approximately 3000 sq. feet) features a
43 inch executive bar-b-que and bar area for entertaining. Stone
benches with Italian hand-painted tile, provides ample seating for
guests.

Just beyond the entertainment area and up the stairs lined with
lemon trees, you will find a plush lawn surrounding the crystal
waters of the pool. Four teak chaises are available for sunbathing
or just relaxing in the shade under an umbrella. A hot tub (spa)
with jets awaits those guest who prefer warmer waters.

Just steps from the pool, you will notice a large pond with a
fountain in the center. The pond has an island in the center which
is accessible via a wooden bridge. The pond has been stocked with
game fish to sustain its eco-system. Fish include large mouth bass,
trophy trout (depending on the time of the year), catfish and other
various fish. Three fishing poles and miscellaneous fishing gear are
available for a relaxing day by the pond.

Local activiites available in the area include airplane rides, wine
tasting, horse back riding, bicycle rental, and much more. Downtown
Sonoma is just 4.5 miles up the road where you will find local
events, movie theatres, and fine dining. Four miles south of the
property is Infinion Raceway where annual events attract thousands
of revelers.

While in the surrounding Sonoma Valley, you will have the choice of
over 50 wineries and tasting rooms to choose from. Surrounded by
some of the worlds most famous pinot noir vines, you will find
yourself within 1 mile from some truly great names in wine: Cline
Cellars, Gloria Ferrer, Viansa Schug, and Ravenswood (Carneros
facility). The Napa valley is just 14 miles away.

Prices vary as depicted below (prices are an approximation.) Special
prices apply during local special events (ie, Nascar weekend at
Infinion raceway, or the Charles Schwab Classic Golf Tournament.)
Two night minimum stay. Three night minimum during peak season. No
pets. Maximum occupancy of 8 without prior approval. Prices do not
apply to special events.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be sent an information
packet with local events, surrounding activities and vineyards.

Cleaning service is also available for extended stays for an
additional charge.
