Currently available is the downstairs  2 bedroom apartment.Owners reserve the upstairs apartment for our personal  use.  To get to the beach, just walk out the door and stroll a few yards to the pathway through sand dunes and beautiful beach landscaping compliments of "Mother Nature". You are there...the most beautiful beach you have ever seen!
Rentals are vacation rentals and/or short term rentals. Please look
over the rental rates and availability, and decide whether our lovely beach home would be right for you. Apartment is fully furnished as separate living area from the upstairs.  2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining room, family room and foyer entry.   We know you will love your escape to the Georgia coast, and to the well-loved Furse Cottage.

Downstairs -This area has 2 bedrooms, one with a King
Sized bed, and the other with a double bed and bunkbeds, 1 1/2 bathrooms (Jack and Jill style, shares a tub, but has 2 separate toilet/sink rooms),
kitchen and dining room, living room, and a patio area. Spacious and comfortable with a 52 inch HDTV and movies with premium channel.  There is a private entrance and parking area. This, too, was recently renovated, including the kitchen and bathroom areas, and new carpet and tile, along with being completely painted inside. New light fixtures and ceiling fans, beach cottage type furnishings. 

 Please note that our home is a non-smoking property. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am.
