 Please note that our home is a non-smoking property. Weekly check ins begin at 4pm and check outs are at 10am.

Please note we prefer a 3 night minimum stay.  We do have a professional cleaning service who cleans upon your checkout, therefore a  one time cleaning fee will apply of $125.  This ensures that your vacation takes place in a thoroughly cleaned home.  If this is not the case upon checkin, please contact owners.

DVD players, some movies, books provided for your reading pleasure, and HDTV's.  Also, a relaxing water fountain outside with a seating area for enjoying the beautiful island scenery.  The yard has a variety of blooming plants, as well as a large magnolia tree and an even larger live oak tree providing the yard with shade and beauty.  In the spring, there are beautiful azaleas in bloom throughout the yard.

Rates per day:  DOWNSTAIRS 2 BEDROOM:  $150-200/night  (king bed, double bed, bunkbeds, living room, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and dining room) Sleeps 6

For summer rentals, upstairs apartment with a queen bed and one twin bed can be added for larger families.  It also has a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, and living room.  There is a large deck and a screened in porch.  The additional rate is $100/night more.  Sleeps 2-3.

May 1-August 31 we only rent weekly or for a 3 night minimum. Non-smoking inside home please. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am.

 Upstairs and downstairs are totally separated by private entrances.
