coffee pot, and blender for those essential tropical drinks.

A 40' foot dock can accommodate up to a 45' foot sail boat. And
getting your boat into the water is easy as well, with a public boat
ramp right in view. If you don't have a boat, no problem, sit out
on the dock and watch the dolphins or throw a line and catch dinner.

Public tennis courts, playground, and trolley are all right outside
the front door.

Need a massage? Well...within a short walking distance is
the Don Cesar Beach Resort which offers a wide range of spa
treatments that will surely help you relax. And don't forget the

of June to November or $3,200 during the months from December to May.

The St. Pete Beach House is available weekly for $950 during the months of June to November or $1,100 from the months of December to May.
