Our lake view condo is a tastefully furnished 2 Bed/2 Bath (sleeps 6) home-away-from-home, situated 
near Heavenly Ski Resort's Stagecoach and Boulder lifts. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Nevada 
side of Tahoe.

Our private vacation condo has the latest upgrades and decor while being surrounded by sky-high pine 
trees.  This is the best location possible for a Heavenly Tahoe vacation year round. Savor a lake 
view while dining on the 2nd floor balcony.

Sorry, NO pets (allegeries) and for your comfort, this is absolutely a non-smoking unit.

STAY LONGER FOR LESS...pay for 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE!!!!! 

$150 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
$350 refundable damage deposit applies to all rentals.

Payments:  
50% of total (rental & deposits) required within 4 days of reservation. Balance due 30 
days prior to arrival. Payments accepted in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, or 
cashiers checks.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days, all monies refunded except for $50 cancellation 
fee.  60 days or less: We will refund any amount paid that can be 
recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
