3 bedroom two bath single family home completely furnished.  This is  
a safe residential neighborhood.  There is double beds in all three  
bedrooms and a blow up queen size bed which may be added to family  
room if desired.  All bedding is furnished.  Large living room  
equipped with television and comfortable seating.  Completely  
furnished Kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher and  
microwave,all small appliances and dishes are at your disposal table  
and chairs.  Seperate washer and dryer and pantry closet makes this  
home complete. Outside patio and barbecue area. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is five minutes from shopping and any restaurant you would  
wish to dine in.  There is a beautiful water view of Spring Lake and  
there is a public boat dock a mile from the home.  You are three  
miles from a public beach which includes a pool, shuffleboard, bocce  
ball, tennis, playground and a public beach.  There are numerous golf  
courses in the area. The gulf beaches are a mere 30 minute drive  
away.   

Activities and Attractions

Activities include sightseeing, swimming, golfing, night life,  
shopping.  You are in close proximity to many art museums, A  
beautiful marina in Punta Gorda.  Thirty minutes from Fort Myers, One  
hour to Airport.  Tampa is an hour and a half away.  Check us out you  
will find it to be a very affordable vacation with much to do.

Vacation Rental Rates

500 - 750 Per Week depending on the length of time you wish to rent.   
We prefer to rent by month or from Sunday to Saturday no half weeks.
