This luxury, waterfront home is situated in a beach, boating & golfing community. The home faces West for excellent sunset views.  Fish from your private dock or rent a pontoon boat, sailboat, kayak, john boat or deep sea fishing charter a few blocks from this home.

If you are bringing a boat, two boat ramps are available to you: one at the end of the street and one at the clubhouse.

You will have private beach access with covered pavillions, BBQ grills, restroom facilities and showers. You will also have access to the golf course, clubhouse w/ping pong table & foosball, tennis courts and the clubhouse's heated pool, hot tub and sauna.  The clubhouse also provides wireless internet connection.

This is a large home in a beautiful waterfront community with everything you need for a great vacation.  It features a king master suite w/ TV, private shower and walk out balcony, queen bedroom w/ balcony and a 2-twin bedroom w/ balcony. The kitchen overlooks the water and boast all the amenities of home. The dining room seats up to 10 and overlooks the water as well. The upstairs family room has A 31 inch TV, DVD player and stereo and a few movie's to get you started. Downstairs has a queen bedroom and a 2-twin bedroom, another family room with pool table, 3 piece leather sofa set, 31 inch TV with DVD and balconies on both floors. Pool is screened in a birdcage enclosure and can be heated.

The home supplies a stroller, high chair, pop-up crib and barbecue grill.

This luxury, five bedroom, vacation home is centrally located and situated about 35 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Tampa International Airport. The historical Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are minutes away on the Anclote River, where you can take a sponge diver boat tour, dolphin tour, sample the best of Greek cuisine and night life with lots of shopping.

Fred Howard Park is also in Tarpon Springs with white sand beaches,bring a beach blanket and watch the windsurfers, parking is free and there are two playgrounds.

Weeki Wachee is about 45 minutes north, featuring our Florida Manatees. You can rent a boat from the marina and canoe up the crystal clear river or tube down river.

Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are two excellent theme parks in Tampa.

Disney World is 1:45 minutes away. Clearwater & St.Pete beaches are south about 35 minutes and have everything from parasailing to speed boat tours and Pirate ships.  Pier 60 hosts nightly evening festivals and shops, lots of live bands, and restaurants w/fresh seafood. Visit the new Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg and take a trolley to the St. Pete Pier for lunch.

Homosassa Springs is 45 minutes north: Exotic bird shows, otters, alligators and more.

Ybor City is found in Tampa and has many great shops, bands and is the oldest cigar capitol of America. While your in Tampa you can also visit downtown Channelside & Harbor Island featuring many restaurants and shops by Tampa Bay also the Florida Aquarium, one of the top aquariums in the world, Lowery Park Zoo and the Museum of Science and Industry.

International Mall:(Ultimate in shopping) is located by the Tampa International Airport.

Beaches include: Anclote Key State Park and Game Preserve, Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island (rated one of the top beaches in the world), Sand Key Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Maderia Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Fort DeSoto Park.
