The Hotel has several bars and a restaurant wich you can use on a Cash Only
Basis,as the unit is privately owned and not part of the Hotel for 
charging privileges.There is parking nearby (Deco Parking,Collins Ave and 20th Street) as well as Drug stores and Food Shoppes.
Daily MAID service also is not part of the rental,but you will be provided with plenty of towels and some cleaning supplies.
Maid service is available for a $95 surcharge ,You should  require it for longer stays or if the little ones made a big mess,linens will be washed and replaced as well as bed linens,with housekeeping service.
