This is a beautiful air-conditioned, top floor private condominium located in Xaman-Ha in Playacar  
Phase 1 gated community with 24 hour security.   A beautiful view over the swimming pool and the  
emerald and turquoise waters of the Caribbean make this the perfect escape for two.  Steps from the  
ocean with swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, para sailing, jet skis, sail-boats or just leisurely  
walks along the beach...or better yet romantic sunrise or sunset walks along the beach!  Or do  
nothing and simply sit on the deck and watch the sun rise over Coumel or the starlit evening sky.   
The famed 5th Avenue is only a 5 minute walk from your front door and welcomes you to an endless  
choice of restaurants and shops of native Mexico as well as international flair.  For you golfers,  
you are a short drive to a championship PGA golf course. 
 
This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom condo.   The bedroom has a king-sized bed with ample drawer space  
for a comfortable stay.   The kitchen is fully stocked and has a range top, microwave, and  
refrigerator.  The glass-topped dining table comfortably seats 4 people or simply hop onto a barstool  
at the kitchen bar to grab a quick snack. The living room opens up to the manicured Xaman-Ha condo  
courtyard and pool/sundeck....and of course, the beautiful Caribbean ocean.  Better yet, enjoy your  
morning coffee or your favorite afternoon refreshment on the balcony! 
 
There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience and tv's in both the bedroom and living room. 
 
The sofa does open into a double sized bed should you need to use it as such. 
 
There is no internet capability in the room, but there is connectivity in the lobby.

Vacation Rental Rates

High season 2008 - Jan 6th thru April 30th - $1000 per week (7 nights) 
Low season 2008 - May 1st thru November 21st - $750 per week (7 nights) 
Holiday season 2008 - Dec 20, 2008 thru Jan 3, 2009 - $1500 per week (7 nights) 
 
Minimum stay:  3 nights  
 
Weekly rate includes maid service:  Condo will be spotless upon arrival;  maid will come twice while  
you are there and then clean again upon your departure.
