Vacation Rental Description

This large, beautifully decorated first floor duplex/condo has four  
bedrooms and two baths.  The unit is a short walk (2.5 blocks) to the  
beach wide Ocean City beaches. Sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed  
from the large front porch with views of the wetlands. 
 
The Acme and other Convenience Stores are no more than two-block  
walk.  Other Recreation such as Tennis Courts, Ball Fields, etc. are  
only a few steps away.  
 
The spacious living room with ceiling fan and comfortable furniture  
for relaxing and enjoying the large TV above the gas fireplace.  The  
dining room comfortably seats ten with three additional seats at the  
Kitchen Island.  Just off the living room is a large front porch with  
chairs for relaxing. 
 
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV/Cable/DVD  
set-up, and private bathroom with a large stall shower.  Another room  
has an additional queen size bed with a ceiling fan, Two addition  
bedrooms each have two twins beds and ceiling fans. 
 
The property offers gas heat with air conditioning, and enclosed  
private exterior shower and one car garage plus off street parking  
for four additional cars.

This comfortable unit has a living room, dining room, fully equipped  
kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2full baths, washer and gas dryer.  Sleeping 10:  
2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.  Washer/Gas  
dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven, coffee maker, all  
miscellaneous appliances, central air conditioning, gas forced air  
heat and gas fireplace.

Activities and Attractions

The world famous Ocean City boardwalk has something for everyone!  In  
the morning, ride or walk the boardwalk, in the afternoon and  
evening – 
Enjoy the wonderful shops and thrilling amusement rides.  Downtown  
Ocean City offers additional shops and restaurants for everybody.   
Entertainment just off the island includes restaurants, pubs, and  
casinos close by in Atlantic City. 
 
From this property, you can walk to several restaurants, spend time  
at our “Miracle on 34th Street” playground and visit some of the  
local shops.
