Luxury home with mountain views and the 1.8 million acre national
forest down the road. House has a large spa on the back deck, WiFi
internet throughout the house, and lots of extras in this executive
rental.
Six bedrooms, three and one-half baths. Sleeps up to 16. Great for
large family gatherings or several families staying together. Large
living/family areas both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs has rec
room with bar, pool table, additional tv/dvd player and fireplace.
Approximately 3800 square feet, full kitchen. The sleeping
arrangements are - a king size bed master, a queen-size bed lower
master; three full beds; a hide-a-bed and a two sets of bunk beds.
Five full bathrooms. A beautifully decorated single two story family
residence on a forested secluded lot with wonderful mountain views.
This is a large house located in a private forest setting. It is
excellent for large family gatherings or several families wanting to
stay together. The elevation is 7500 feet. It is surrounded by
national forest and gorgeous views of the mountains. Many activities
and attractions are just a short distance away.
Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in South West Colorado
offering 320 days of sunshine a year, beautiful scenery including
mountains, lakes and waterfalls, lots of outdoor recreation, winter
sports and much more.
There is so much to do to keep busy. The house is located with the
1.8 million acre San Juan National Forest as your back yard. Fishing
can be done down the street with a Pagosa Lakes Fishing permit
available at the recreation center for a small fee. Lakes include
rainbow trout, brown trout, largemouth bass, perch, and others.
River fishing is available in town on the San Juan River. The
quality waters of the San Juan below Navajo Lake are world renowned
for the incredible trout fly fishing. Trophy hunting is available in
the San Juans. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the "most SNOW IN
Colorado" with an average of over 600 inches per year! Come play up
in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in Pagosa Springs.
