with expansive mountain views on 3 acres. Six bedrooms with four-and-
one-half baths. Sleeps up to 24. Great for large family gatherings
or several families staying together. Corporate and church retreats
are our specialty! Large living/family areas both upstairs and
downstairs. Downstairs has recreation room with bar, pool table,
additional TV/DVD player, and bunk room for the kids. Hot tub on the
back deck to sit and enjoy the Pagosa evenings.
Approximately 4,200 square feet, chef's kitchen. The sleeping
arrangements are - a king-size bed master, 3 queen-size beds
upstairs with a king bed also, two hide-a-beds, and a two sets of
bunk beds twin over full. Five full bathrooms. A mountain theme
decorated, single family, three-story residence on a forested
secluded 3 acres with wonderful mountain views.
This is a large house located in a private development. It is
excellent for large family gatherings or several families wanting to
stay together. The elevation is 7500 feet. It is surrounded by
national forest and gorgeous views of the mountains. Many activities
and attractions are just a short distance away.
Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in Southwest Colorado
offering 320 days of sunshine a year, beautiful scenery including
mountains, lakes and waterfalls, lots of outdoor recreation, winter
sports, and much more.
There is so much to do to keep busy. The house is located with the
one-point-eight-million-acre San Juan National Forest as your
backyard. Fishing can be done 3 miles away with a Pagosa Lakes
Fishing permit available at the recreation center for a small fee.
Lakes include rainbow trout, brown trout, largemouth bass, perch,
and others. River fishing is available in town on the San Juan
River. The quality waters of the San Juan below Navajo Lake are
world renowned for the incredible trout fly fishing. Trophy hunting
is available in the San Juans. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the "Most
Snow in Colorado" with an average of over 600 inches per year! Come
play up in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in Pagosa
Springs. You will not want to leave. All previous visitors have
returned for another vacation.
