Long Lake Lakefront on West Shore in Bridgton

This is a beautiful cottage on the Northern (quiet) end of Long Lake.
A neat well kept family property in the Lakes Region of Southwestern
Maine. We are located North of Bridgton, and South of Harrison on the West
Shore of Long Lake. A easy 40 minute drive northwest of Portland, and
about 10 minutes drive from The Causeway in Naples.

We have a three bedroom cottage including a large second floor bedroom
with a 3/4 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 additional futon couches.

Downstairs we have one bedroom with 1 queen and another bedroom with 2
sets of
twin bunk beds. We can sleep 8 overnight guests comfortably.

We have a full kitchen, and we also have a washer and dryer for your use.

Included in the rental are 2 canoes along with overnight docking
for 1 boat up to 22 ft.

There is a swim float, along with a small sandy area with a gradual
walk into the lake for a refreshing swim.
Inside we have a large screen TV (with cable), wireless internet, stereo,
CD/DVD player with a small DVD/VCR library, paperbacks, and some games.

Outdoors there is a gas grill, picnic table, and ample outdoor seating
around our fire-pit for your bonfire.

There is about 120 ft. of private lake frontage, just steps out the
front door. There is a dock and a deck right on the waters edge.
Bring your pole and fish
off out dock for small-mouth bass, striped perch, trout, and the Lakes
Region's world famous Land Locked Salmon.

Nearby we have many food establishments, and all the attractions of The
Lakes Region including the wonderful fall foliage. Take a step back
into time at Bridgton's own Drive-in open during the Summer months.
Just finished in town is the new Magic Lantern Movie Theater.

Travel to New Hampshire on Rt. 302 for all the outlets in Conway. Once
there take a ride on the old restored railroad line. Visit the antique
dealers along the way. Or, you can stop and book a
canoe trip on the famous Saco river. All within about 35 minutes
drive from your cottage.

Our weekly rates:

Summer months; June 28 to August 31..........$2,600.00
Spring and Fall..............................$1,700.00

If you would like to try a weekend in the Spring or Fall we
can make your reservation for $800.00 for three nights.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 75.00 per pet, (maximum of 2).

We will reserve the cottage with a deposit of 50% of the rental, and a
refundable security deposit of $400.00. The balance of the rental is
due 90 days before your scheduled arrival.

Call or Email us and we will begin the rental process by having you
fill out a Rental Application. Once we receive the particulars of
your stay we will prepare a Rent Agreement for you to sign and return
with your deposits.
