Our house is located between the beach and Periwinkle Way, walking
distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our house is fully
equipped with everything you need for a perfect Sanibel vacation:
cable TV, DSL connection, bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, boogie
board, skim board, and tons of pool toys. Enjoy the private pool or
walk to the beach for shelling, swimming, boogie boarding, or just
relaxing. The house comes furnished or partially furnished.

All rentals must be for 28 days or more accoding to Sanibel City ordinances.

March: $5,600
April: $3,900
11% Florida sales tax and $115 cleaning fee applicable on rentals of less than 6 months. Pool heat available for $5 a day. Minimum rental of 28 days required by Sanibel city regulations.
Rates based on 28 day rental period. We will consider discounts for
longer stays.
Rentals of 6 months or more not subject to Florida
sales tax. Ask about long term and annual rates.
