Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for space, reserot style living and location, this is the perfect house for your  
Family reunion, Wedding Destination, Corporate, Groups, Teams, Couples in the Capital-San Juan.  
 
The house is available from March 19 to rent. This 4000 square feet house has 4 huge bedrooms, 3 1/2  
baths, 2 big family (the size of the bigest one is 22x30), panoramic view in the back of  
conservation area, parking for 5 cars, big gazebo for your family reunions, balcony, ceiling fans,  
great cross ventilation, exterior jacuzzi (10x10), exterior BBQ, new kitchen with granite  
countertops and illumination system, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy, in a nice  
gated community with security around it 24 hours. The house come with laundry (dryer,washer), nice  
stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, entertainment center, linens, towels, kitchen  
things,etc..  
The house have 3 beds, 1 king, 1 queen, also 1 queen sofa-bed, but if a group comes in I have other  
15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 20 persons. The house have two tv's, cable TV with One  
Link, and it have Hi-speed internet.  
I accept cashier checks, money orders, managers checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, travel  
checks etc.  
The place is near everithing, malls (5 min), fast foods, beaches(10 min), casinos, hotels, airport  
(main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).  
The community complete adress for MAPQUEST is: name Parque Montebello calle 1 A 19 Trujillo Alto  
Puerto Rico 00976 (is in San Juan but Trujillo Alto US postal service deliver the letters) on third  
light of 181 expresway intersection of route 876.

US Citizens, NO PASSPORT NEEDED IN PUERTO RICO.  2 gazebos in the community, basketball-volleyball  
court, playground, quiet and private with security 24 hours, panoramic view in the backyard with  
sunset terrace, near main expresways 
Daily housekeeping, cooking Puertorrican food in house or tourist guide optional.  We accept pets  
and also smoking outside the house. 
IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST LET US KNOW, WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE IT.

Activities and Attractions

All water sports at 10 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 15 minutes to OLD San  
Juan Forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters,  
biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like Plaza Las  
Americas (biggest in all the caribbean)tennis courts etc.. 

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are for three nights minimum stay.  But we do exeptions for ONE NIGHT with groups that  
comes from the Cruise Lines and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too. 
Please inquire for rates due to changes of seasons, holidays, groups or we can quote a package. 
$150.00 one time cleaning fee of this huge house.
