Having it all at the beach! Located at milepost 4.5 in the heart of
Kitty Hawk, this fully equipped townhome in the Sea Dunes community
offers everything you need for your Outer Banks vacation. I-6 is an
end unit overlooking the pool with beautiful ocean views and only a
few steps from the lifeguarded beach. Community facilities include
pool & spa, tennis & basketball courts, and a clubhouse with
racquetball, fitness equipment, game room, and free Wi-Fi access.
Ground level features a 2-car garage with automatic door opener,
washer/dryer, and shower.

Middle level features a master suite with king-size bed, private
bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and sliding glass door to a
private deck with porch swing. This level also has a second bedroom
with queen-size bed, private bath with steam shower, and a walk-in
closet.

Upper level features a great room with fireplace and wet bar, queen-
size sleep sofa, dining area, modern kitchen with breakfast bar,
half bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds and a walk-in
closet. The great room opens onto a spacious deck with views of the
pool and ocean.

A note about our sleeping arrangements.  Although we have beds for eight people (including the sleep sofa), the Town of Kitty Hawk has determined that the maximum occupancy for ALL units in Sea Dunes is six people.  This ruling was based on the size of the septic systems and drainfields.

No smoking. No pets.

Central air/heat, ceiling fans, 4 cable TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD player,
videos/games/paperbacks, stereo w/CD player, high chair, baby gate,
ironing board w/iron, icemaker, 3 phones w/answering machine, 2
bicycles, gas grill.

Enjoy eleven area golf courses, miniature golf, go karts,
surf/pier/charter fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, and parasailing.
Go shopping at Prime Outlet Mall or numerous gift, craft and
souvenir shops. Tour the Wright Brothers Memorial, climb the sand
dunes at Jockey's Ridge State Park, visit the four area lighthouses,
drive to Hatteras and take the free ferry to Ocracoke Island. Go
four wheeling on the beach in designated areas. Learn the story of
the first Virginia colonists and their mysterious disappearance in
the outdoor drama, The Lost Colony. Enjoy a variety of restaurants,
several within walking distance.

All rates are plus 12.75% state and local taxes. 50% deposit due at
time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $200
security deposit required. Deposit will be returned upon receipt of
keys and inspection of unit. We accept major credit cards through
PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival
date unless we fill the time slot.  Cancellation fee is $25.
