Vacation Rental Description

This property is located within yards of the beach, just outside 
property gate(no need to start your car, just walk there).

This newly remodeled beach cozy condo has a private balcony with chairs 
where you can sit and view the beach, the lights of the City of 
Corpus Christi, the USS Lexington and the Harbor Bridge where ships 
from different parts of the world arrive and depart.

This Non-Smoking 440 sq.ft.Condo provides: 
Queen Size Bed (new Sterns & Foster pillowtop mattress set)
Bunk Beds
Full Size Couch
Recliner

Kitchen:  Fully equipped with full size Refrigerator, electric 
stove, Micorwave, Coffee Pot, cooking and eating utensils, etc   .

Two television sets (living room and bedroom,) the living one has DVD and VCR built in. 
Radio and CD player that also has an alarm clock.We have an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.

Towels provided are 12 bath, 12 hand, 12 wash, and 4 beach towels.Bed linens provided. Coin operated 
washers and dryers are available just down the hall for your convinience.

you will get. We will not advertise a Condo and place you in 
another when you arrive.

Rates could change without notice.

Security and Reservation Deposit: 
$150.00 at time of reservation.
15% tax on daily and weekly rentals. No taxes on monthly rentals.
One time $50.00 cleaning fee will be applied.

Full rental amount is due 10-days pryor to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation seven days or more prior to arrival date will receive 
50% of deposit paid. Six day or less notice from arrival date will 
loose any security amount paid.
 
Visa & Mastercard,cashiers checks and money orders accepted for 
payment.

Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
