La Terezza Condominiums. 
		
-Meticulously maintained landscape with fountains and palm trees 
greets you at the grand gated entrance.	
-This condo is situated on the second floor (no one above you) where 
you will enjoy a private stay.  1 car garage with more space 
behind garage. 
-The condo will be cleaned the day before you arrive so all you 
have to do is unpack and relax!	
-Your unit comes fully furnished with everything you need for a
quiet, comfortable stay including; full kitchen with microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove & range, toaster, cooking 	
pots & pans, can opener, silverware, plates, & glasses.  
-The bedrooms feature a King and Queen sized beds with a walk in 
closet.
-Furnished with bath and pool towels.
-The living room boasts a 42" plasma, dvd/vhs player,and wood-
burning fireplace!	
-Your private balcony also features great view of the resort style 
pool. Spend many mornings and evenings on the 2nd floor balcony (you 
can access this off of the Master Bedroom). 
-Should you need anything during your visit...we are just a phone 
call away.
