Highland Woods Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs

Our 3rd floor condo offers a beautiful view to the southwest and
overlooks the 1st fairway. Highland Woods is a guarded, gated
community less than 5 miles to the Gulf beaches and with plenty of
restaurants and shopping close by. Walk to the pools, tennis, golf,
fitness center and beautiful clubhouse where there is casual and
fine dining.
This is a non smoking rental.

Our 18 hole Championship golf course was designed by noted architect
Gordon Lewis. With 5 tee positions the course is playable for the
casual as well as the serious golfer. There are 4 lighted tennis
courts, pro shop, fitness center, 7 pools with a Jacuzzi at the main
pool.
Mainly, Highland Woods is a friendly community where one can do as
much or as little as your desires dictate.

We are an active golfing and tennis community and there are many
activities that are scheduled as well as those you can do on your
own. Water aerobics, pilates, Bridge clubs, book/reading clubs as
well as other card and bingo groups are some of the many activities
available.
Our pro shop and clubhouse offer weekly special events and Sunday
football fans can watch their favorite team in a fun, relaxing
atmosphere.

Rates are negotiable depending on length and time of year.
May-December, 2009:$1200 per month, January,2010,: $2300. Feb. & March: $3000, April:$2500.
