Experience true Hawaii at our private retreat (WIFI) situated only 15 minutes from Kona, airport, Costco, and beaches on the sunny side of the Big Island in Kona. It has a wonderful 180 degree view of Kona, sunsets, ocean and sunrise
The home features two custom swimming pools, one 3.5' deep for
children and an 7.5' deep adult pool surrounded by lava stones and
waterfalls. There is also a large koi pond with waterfall at the
front entrance to home with covered parking
You can clearly see the stars while relaxing in the Hot Tub with
the intoxicating aroma of many Angel Trumpet trees
wafting on the night breeze.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level - a large master bedroom
with a king size 4-poster bed (pillowtop mattress and down pillows).
An oval jetted tub in the master bath and private deck with 180 ocean
view for relaxation an dprivacy. The other two bedrooms upstairs
have queen 4 poster beds, pillowtop mattresses and down pillows --
one has a private deck and they share a full bath. (all bdrms have
tv/cable)
On the main level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size
rattan Tommy Bahama poster bed--also pillow top and down) and the
other bedroom has a queen bed with pillowtop and down. These two
bedrooms share a full bath.
The living room has a HDtv with confortable tropical sea grass
furniture, formal dining room with table seating for 10-12. For
evening entertainment there is a pool talbe in front of the gas
fireplace made with floor to celing Lapohepohe lava.
There are horses peacefully grazing in the mauka pasture, banana trees,
macadamia nut trees, pineaple, lemon and grapefruit trees.  Sheep and goats for the kids to feed.  The yard is abundant with many tropical flowers and plants.
The house is situated at the 1500' level so you have a
comfortable temperature all year round.
There is also an office/bedroom with a sofa that makes into a
double bed. There is high speed interenet and computer provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a gourmet cook
could desire.
There is an onsite caretaker. Beach equipement is provided.

Beaches are close by.  There's white sands beach in Kona.  Kukio is wonderful for toddlers as there's no waves,  Kua Bay is good for boogie boarding, Haupuna State Park is good for the entire family fun. 

 Snorkeliing beach in Kona called Kahalu is famous.  

Scuba Diving is made special because Kona has a school of Manta Rays (20' wide) and they are very friendly.,
