medium sized family retreats. 
 
Everything is new in this three-bedroom and three-bath home that sits just twenty feet from the  
waters edge. The kitchen includes all the amenities of home, with a great dining area behind the  
living room. Also on the lower level is the large full bath, third bedroom with a Queen bed and a  
complete laundry room off the kitchen. 
 
Upstairs are two large bedrooms with King size beds, walk-in closets and private half baths. 
 
The loft balcony looks down on the living room, has a queen sleeper and also has a nice cove view  
beyond the picture windows. 
 
The lake front deck overlooks the private two-well covered dock with full-length swim platform.  
Enjoy relaxing on the large deck at the elevated patio table and chairs, and cooking meals on the  
gas BBQ grill, 
Fish from the shoreline or enjoy the large covered dock and swim platform. Store your watercraft  
within the open 24 foot boat slip. 
 
Don’t have a boat? Don't worry; there are several marinas in the area that rent all types of  
watercraft. 
 
Fifteen minutes away from all the action on the other side of the lake, Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks and  
Osage Beach, via the community bridge.

Covered boat slip & PWC lift available @ $10 per day (no split terms). 
$80/Cleaning fee & 25% security deposit ($300 min) to establish reservation. 
Prices do not include taxs. Full payment must clear bank 14 days prior to arrival. 
Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection after departure. 
Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Please no smoking and no pets.
