Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in Williamsburg, in the 
Heritage Ridge Golf Community located between A1A and Route 1.  It's 
located within 10 minutes of the lovely Hobe Sound/Jupiter Island 
Beach.  This corner unit has golf course views of the signature 5th 
hole and lake views from every room.  It has a very large screened 
in lanai overlooking the 5th hole and lake.  It's on the 2nd floor 
with only 2 floors to each of the condo units.  It's very peaceful, 
quiet (not a 55 and over community) with a swimming pool and tennis 
only steps away from the front door.  Completely upscale furnished.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 
the 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed.  The living room, dining room area 
is very large, roomy and very bright and lovely.  No pets please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Heritage Ridge Golf Community is located in Hobe Sound which is 
between Jupiter and Stuart on the south east coast near the beach 
and boating, fishing and diving.  This golf course is a beautifully 
cared for 18 hole course which wraps around the various sections of 
houses, townhouses and condos.  It provides membership at the 
general swimming pool and tennis courts.  This Williamsburg condo 
complex has its own private pool and tennis courts as well.  You 
will have access to both pools and tennis courts anytime you'd 
like.  There is a golf clubhouse within walking distance and offers 
a very nice bar and restaurant and overlooks the beautiful golf 
course.  Great shopping and many great restaurants close by.  
Historic and artsy Stuart is just 5 miles.  

Activities and Attractions

As mentioned above, for the beach goers, you're at various beaches 
within 10 minutes.  Deep sea fishing and boating of all types are 
available in Port Salerno, 5 minutes from this condo.  Tennis and 
swimming is right outside your door.  Disney World is a 2 hour 
drive, Miami/South Beach is a 1 1/2 hour drive, Fort Lauderdale is a 
1 hour drive, casino cruises just 20 minute away in West Palm Beach 
and Palm Beach and Jupiter are within 15 to 30 minutes away.
