The Master Bedroom has a king bed & full bath with spa tub and
separate shower. The upstairs loft bedroom has a Queen bed, Futon
(double bed) & private full bath.
Sit on the Rocking chair front porch with lovely Mountain Views &
babbling creek, or grill out on the delightful back deck w gas grill.
Retreat to the cozy indoors with added amenities such as a rock fireplace with gas logs, a full-amenity kitchen, washer/dryer, quality sheets & towels, wireless internet access, central air & heat and many wonderful warm touches.
BreakAway Cabin has a flat, grassy yard & is easily accessed via a
private driveway, just off Reems Creek Road; reserve separately, or
reserve with the Brigman House - a delightful 5BR historic home, just
on the other side of the creek - take the walking bridge!

Many additional amenities, including WIFI,phone, Cable TV, gas
fireplace in main living area, front porch & back deck with gas grill,
full amenity kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and more, spa tub in
master bath, this is a delightful vacation cabin.

to downtown Asheville, NC & minutes to the quaint walking town of
Weaverville.
All conveniences are nearby, and, BreakAway Cabin is just a mile past
Reems Creek Golf Club, Vance Birthplace & 4 miles to the Blue Ridge
Parkway via scenic Ox Creek Road.

In advance, purchase discounted Biltmore Estate Tickets or Chimney Rock Park Tickets directly from us & have them at your cabin when you check in!

Standard Rates are $200 weekend nights, $165 Sun & Thurs nights, $145 Mon-Wed nights and $980 weekly & apply to the following dates:Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, 5 night minimum stay req. First weekend in October through first weekend in November, 4 night minimum stay req. Winter Holiday Weeks - Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks, 5 night minimum stay req.

"In-between" Rates" are $165 weekend nights, $135 Sun & Thurs nights, $120 Mon-Wed nights and $840 weekly & apply to the
following dates:
April, May, September, November & December (except holiday weeks as noted
above), 3 night min stay req.

Winter Rates" are $150 weekend nights, $125 Sun & Thurs nights, $110 Mon-Wed nights and $770 weekly & apply to the following dates: 1st Sunday in January through first Thursday in April.  3 night min stay req.

Add 6.75% taxes to all totals, $250 refundable security deposit
required with check; credit card held on file in lieu of actual
security deposit; acceptance of our Rental Agreement/Policies required
(see Rental Agreement on our website for details).

Minimum stay requirements may be waived on short notice of check-in date (usually within 30 days) based on availability, so feel free to ask.  Higher nightly rates are used when waiving minimum stay requirements.
