Campbell Creek Duplex in Anchorage

We have two of these units available. Both sleep up to 6 and are side by side. Rent both sides and sleep up to 12!
This beautiful side-by-side duplex is a great home for anyone visiting Anchorage on vacation or for business with easy access to downtown (10-15 minutes) and most other Anchorage attractions. This property also has a beautiful landscaped back yard to enjoy the Alaskan outdoors. Just 3 short blocks from Campbell Creek park where you can take a leisurely walk on the well maintained trails and see wildlife or sport fish for Alaskan Silver Salmon right from the creek.

The private fenced backyard is a gardeners paradise. There are lilac trees and bushes, crab apple trees, rubbard, raspberry bushes, roses, lillys, and more. You will not want to leave the backyard if you visit us in the summer months.

SIDE A:
This side is beautifully decorated in green and browns with a slight Alaskan influence. Enjoy a fire in the woodburing rock fireplace or open the french doors to the patio and wake-up with a cup of coffee overlooking the nicely landscaped backyard.

Large living space with berber carpet, sectional couch, T.V. with satilite and DVD player. The downstairs has a half bath with full size washer and dryer.

Dining table can fit up to 6 comfortably and you can open the doors to the patio to feel like you are dining outdoors. The kitchen is fully equiped with all dishes, cookware, coffee pot, silverware... everything you need and more! If you feel like grilling there is an outdoor propane BBQ on each side of the duplex for you to use.

Along the side of Unit A there is a beautiful flower bed that returns every year, over 10 different kinds of flowers bloom throughout the year.

All bedrooms are upstairs in both units. The master has a queen bed, dresser with mirror, large closet, window overlooking backyard and a T.V. with satilite.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, large dresser with mirror, and plenty of closet space.

Bedroom #3 is the smallest of the three with a double bed, tall amoire with lots of storage space, and large closet.

SIDE B:
Luxury and comfort meet on Side B of the duplex, with big cozy leather couches, gas fireplace, laminate wood floors, and enclosed firepit.

Create a home cooked meal in the fully equiped kitchen or BBQ on your propane grill just outside... you decide. Either way, you will have everything you need.

If you choose not to cook, please check my information binder in the unit for some of our favorite restraurants in town.

The Master Bedroom (Left) has a queen bed, large dresser with mirror, large double closet with lot of storage space, and a wall mounted T.V. with DVD and satilite.

Bedroom #2 (Right) has a double bed, tall dresser, end table, and large closet.

Bedroom #3 (below) has a daybed with pop-up trudle to make two full twin beds or pulled together to make one king size bed. Linens are available for both options in the linen closet.
All bedrooms are upstairs and there is a full bath with tub/shower. There is a full linen closet with extra sheets, blankets and towels for your use.

Outside you will find a nicely landscaped backyard, patio area, and hot tub. There is also an outdoor firepit and plenty of chairs to gather around and tell your "fish stories" of the day. Firepit for side B only.
