Unique home built over a stream w/ hot tub and pool table in Lake Arrowhead

This unique, almost Lake Front home was build over a small stream that feeds the lake. Water falls can be heard as you sleep at night or relax on the plush couches or lazy boy chairs. Enjoy this large 2200 s/f home with your family or friends. Walk out one of the back doors and a short stroll through the woods takes you to the lake and doc- about 150 yards away.

Living area on the main floor includes a large living room complete with couches, 2 lazy boy chairs and a wood burning stove. The main floor also has a dining area, kitchen,full bathroom (recently remodelled), 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed the other with both a full and two singles), laundry room with washer and dryer, and 2 large decks- front and back.

Downstairs is the game room with a regulation size pool table,foosball, darts, a full size video game (gauntlett 2), 2 couches, an ottoman, and TV with large (300+) DVD collection. The downstairs back deck also has a deluxe digitally controlled 8 person Jacuzzi with 2 pumps and 56 jets! The downstairs gameroom also has a piece of glass in the floor to view the stream underneath- you can also see a water fall through the window.

On the top level (3 stories) is the master bedroom and bath. This large master bedroom has a deluxe king bed, couch with pullout bed, and a single bed. The bathroom has been recently remodelled and includes a 2 person shower. 

This is an extremely fun and memorable home to stay in- winter or summer. In the summer full doc access is included along with a 2 person kayak and single person kayak.  The doc has a nice table/chair set and there are plenty of folding chairs and other doc gear in the dock box. There is also a diving board and ladder on the dock, and life vests for floating in the water, fishing gear and water toys.

Home has 2 king beds, a full bed, 3 single beds and a pull out couch. It also has 4 couches and 2 lazy boy style chairs. Kitchen has a gas cooking range, ovens, microwave, frig, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, trash compactor and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Also gas bar-b-q on back deck. There is an ample supply of blankets, pillows and linens for 8 to 10 people. You are also welcome to bring your own.

Almost on the lake- this home touches the ALA trail, a couple miles from the Lake Arrowhead Village, and about 45 minutes to the ski lifts in Big Bear.

Pool table, foosball, jacuzzi tub, lake, doc with diving board, kayak, sleds, games, movies, relax and enjoy the sounds of the stream.

Lake Arrowhead has free concerts in the village every weekend all summer long.
