Make no mistake, this beautiful three-bedroom, two and a half bath
Navarre Beach townhome is located on of the Gulf of
Mexico. Many of our former guests have enjoyed this home vs. the
high-rise condominiums because of the unique ammenities and privacy.
This 1,800 sq. ft home is truly "your home away from home". We have
made this place very user friendly for all of your beach activites.
The ground floor is a covered parking area for your vehicles, boat
or jet ski's. Also located on the ground floor is a large, private
hot and cold water running shower along with a regular shower/foot
wash by the front steps with a foot wash by the back steps to clean
off the sand and salt water after a long day @ the beach.
The first floor consists of a half bath equipped with a
washer/dryer, dining room table that seats six, a large kitchen with
all the cooking utensils, a counter-top bar that seats three, a very
comfy day bed that converts into two twin beds and a large wrap-
around leather couch.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms , a queen size sleeping
loft (the kids love it) along with two full baths. The front bedroom
(sound side view)has a queen size bed, tv and dvd player w/ plenty
of closet and drawer space. The second bedroom (gulf side view) has
a queen size bed w/ plenty of closet and drawer space. The master
bedroom (gulf side view) has a king size bed,tv and dvd player,
large walk-in closet ,double sink vanity and a jetted tub w/ shower.
The gulf side of this home has a second floor connecting balcony to
enjoy as well as a first floor porch w/ a table and chairs along w/
and umbrella. We are sure you will truly enjoy this place as "your
home away from home". Just bring your bathing suit.

Winter - $1000.00 per week (Jan.1- Mar 10)

Spring - $1500.00 per week (Mar 10- May 12)

Summer - $2000.00 per week (May 12- Aug. 11)

Fall - $1200.00 per week (Aug. 11- Dec.31)

Nightly Rates
Winter - $200. per night
Spring - $300. per night
Summer - $350. per night  *3 night minimum*
Fall - $230. per night
Note- A 10.5% sales tax and a $120.00 cleaning fee will be added to
all bookings
