Sea Breeze Oceanside Villa in Navarre Beach

This beautiful three-bedroom, two and a half bath Navarre Beach townhome is located beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. Our guests enjoy the many amenities and privacy of this 1650 sq. ft home. You will spend your vacation vacationing, not shopping for items other rentals fail to include.

The ground floor is a covered parking area for your vehicles, boat or jet skis. Also located on the ground floor is a large, private hot and cold water shower along with a regular shower/foot wash by the back steps with a foot wash by the front steps. A storage enclosure holds floats,  chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.

The first floor includes a half bath with full-sized washer/dryer, dining room table seating six, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, counter bar seating three, a day bed that converts into two twin beds and a large wraparound sectional leather sofa. Off the living area is a large gulf front deck with table, umbrella, chaise lounge and chairs. French doors allow plenty of light and ocean views.

The second floor features three bedrooms , a twin sleeping loft (the kids love it) along with two full baths. The Sound side bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and dvd player w/ plenty of closet and drawer space. The second bedroom (Gulf side) has a double bed w/ plenty of closet and drawer space. The master bedroom (Gulf side) has a king bed, LCD TV, large walk-in closet, double sink vanity and a jetted tub w/ shower. A second floor balcony connects the two Gulf-front bedrooms.

An adjacent dune overwalk provides beach access. Between the dunes and the house is a protected sandy beach perfect for badminton, volleyball, or digging and playing in the sand.

Gulf Boulevard offers direct access to Pensacola without leaving the Island.
