the upper deck. Location is ideal for tenants looking for a quiet
private location with no traffic. Rental offers access to private
association beach overlooking Nantucket Sound. House has two living rooms,
modern fully equipped kitchen, upper and lower decks, two full
baths, outside shower, and air conditioning on first floor.

Sought out cozy neighborhood ideal for biking, walking, running,
site seeing. Location affords access to local fish market and large
marine facilities. Private beach rights are included to associaton
beach. House includes full size washer/dryer, air conditioning on
first floor, outside shower, second level wrap around deck and lower
deck for shade. House has two living rooms with large Sony Flat Screen HD
and DVD/VCR's. Three bed rooms have double beds, and one with a queen.
Computer, high speed intenet access, fax and printer available in private office.

In addition to the private beach rights, tentants can use other town
beaches including Manahaunt Beach, Falmouth Heights Beach and
Bristol Beach. Down town Falmouth offers great shopping,
restaurants, day spa, etc. Rental bikes, jet ski's, windsurf plus
parasailing rides are availabe. Day trips to Marthas Vineyard are
available just minutes from the house. Longer trips to Nantucket can
be arranged through the Hyannis ferry terminal. Public golf
courses, tennis, bowling, go carts and other amusement activities
are close by. Day trips to other close by towns are a must.
Activity potential unlimited. Woods Hole offers a hands on aquarium
and educational options for children. Ocean side walking/biking path
available from down town Falmouth to Woods Hole.

$2,950 - $3,200 per week. Discount may apply for one month commitments. $500 Security deposit
