sunken tub and walk in shower in master. Many rooms have double

features a claw foot tub, marble counter tops, and custom vanity

University of Phoenix Stadium for Cardinals games and more is 
minutes away and direct access from the 101 Freeway. EASY to get to! 
Coyote's arena Jobingcom arena is also minutes. Peoria Sports 
Complex is less than 5 minutes as well! This home is quiet, 
yet only seconds from Arrowhead mall and a variety of retaurants, 
shops, department stores, and more. This is a safe home where 
evening walks are a pleasure... neighbors keep to themselves, and 
there are no outlets of the community so traffic in the neighborhood 
is minimal. Public parks are also close by. About 30 minutes from 
the airport non-rush hour, 50 minutes rush hour. 1.5 hours from 
Prescott.

Vacation Rental Rates

September 15 through May 30 weekly rentals $1800 a week plus tax and 
cleaning fee of $150. 

June 1 through September 14 $1100 per week plus taxes and $150 
cleaning fee.
