3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with POOL and elevator. Pool
access is limited to owners/renters of only 5 residential units and
includes 2 outdoor gas grills from Weber. We're located on the third
and fourth floors of this 17th and New Jersey property, only 4 blocks
from the beach and boardwalk. In addition to 2 private parking spots
underneath the building there is a public parking lot across the
street.
2-story, 1850 square foot townhouse includes full kitchen, dining
room, living room (full sofa, love seat and chair), 42' Plasma HDTV.
This is a beautiful property where you can walk to the beach, stay at
the pool or do both!
